IC Intracom's offer consists of an over 20,000 product catalog from the best brands on the market and three proprietary brands (Techly, Manhattan, and Intellinet). The over 10,000 square meters warehouse guarantees prompt delivery of over 98% of the products shipped within 24/48 hours. The fully automated supply chain guarantees IC Intracom to be a reliable partner for dropshipping.

Webgriffe, starting from a preliminary audit and analysis of the company's Business Model, has realized a solution able to guarantee IC Intracom a correct strategic vision of the E-Commerce project and of all the operational activities in order to implement the platform: E-Commerce Consulting, Art Direction, User Experience study, User Interface design, analysis and software development of all the built-in features.

First, we worked on the stability and technological performance by redesigning the entire B2B sales platform on Magento E-Commerce technology. The high order number on an hourly basis required a strong System Integration activity to integrate the B2B platform into the business flows: Administration, ERP, Logistics, and Warehouse. The platform communicates with the Company systems ensuring the product records synchronization, stocks, customers and received orders.

The platform performance improvement involved a very deep User Experience study and a complete responsive interface redesign in order to be optimized for mobile devices. The users' involvement was necessary for the first step of the Customer Experience analysis, allowing to gather information and feedback that allowed us to build the new IC Intracom around the real customers' needs, implementing strategic and data-driven improvement solutions. The User Journey analysis (heat maps and A/B testing on the previous version of the site) allowed us to collect useful data to define an effective User Experience and design a renewed and more functional graphical interface.

The IC Intracom website automatically shows users the products they would probably buy thanks to Clerk.io, a Product Recommendation system that uses Artificial Intelligence to instantly match products and people. Thanks to Clerk.io, the site search has been greatly enhanced and it's now able to automatically recognize the intent and the search context of the customers, speeding up the Product reach.

The platform offers multiple and constantly evolving features evolving and adapting to the Company's business needs: it allows customers to place stock orders of customized products, save carts for “later”, configure rack cabinets and save configurations, add fast products to cart by code,quick-reorder procedure and one-step checkout the B2B.
