Back to childhood: the magic of Team Building at Gardaland
On a crisp May morning, we decided to leave our desks and the hum of computers behind. It wasn’t an escape from duty, but an investment in what makes our work special: ourselves.
The chosen destination was Gardaland, the ideal place to shed our corporate roles and rediscover the pleasure of being together, far from calls, tasks, and deadlines.

The car journey was the perfect prelude. We set off early in the morning, divided into several cars, and already during the trip there was a different kind of energy in the air: conversations were lighter, more spontaneous, less work-related and more about people.
Once we passed through the park gates, we chose not to follow any set plan. We let curiosity guide us, along with the shared goal of having fun, immersed in that magical atmosphere that smells of cotton candy and carefree childhood memories.
The roller coasters did the rest. Between sudden accelerations, screams released into the wind, and knowing glances, the adrenaline brought us together in a single emotion. Even the inevitable icy splash of Fuga da Atlantide turned into a triumph of laughter and soaked clothes, a baptism of pure carefree joy.
Midway through the day, we stopped for a picnic in the green gardens of the park. It was there, between a sandwich, a drink, and the telling of a few laugh-out-loud stories, that real team building happened. A quieter moment, where conversations became lighter, more genuine, and more authentic, without roles or tasks to fulfill.
At sunset, as we made our way back home, the physical tiredness felt pleasantly heavy, but our hearts were light. We carried with us the awareness of having become a more united group.
The next day, back at work, projects and challenges were waiting for us, but the atmosphere in the office felt different. Because when human relationships are stronger, every goal feels closer and every challenge becomes easier to face together.
