The first Webgriffe Summer Party: a summer evening at the Fornace

We entered the Fornace on December 8, 2022, after a long wait. From that moment on, we simply started living it: every day, through work, ideas, projects, meetings, quick chats, and shared moments.

We never organized a real grand opening party. Perhaps because the Fornace began telling its own story right away, quickly opening up to collaborators, friends, clients, and curious people eager to see up close the place where an important part of Webgriffe's life and value takes shape.

This summer, however, we had a great desire to stop for a moment and dedicate a special evening to this place and especially to the people who inhabit it every day and their families. Thus, the first edition of the Webgriffe Summer Party was born.

We wanted to imagine it as a simple, authentic moment, without formality. One of those evenings where you feel good almost without any frills and without even realizing it. An opportunity to meet together — colleagues, family members, friends — to breathe the atmosphere of the Fornace in a different way than usual and share a few hours of lightness in the garden of our headquarters, within the Corte Spalletti in Casalgrande (RE).

The party was marked by spontaneity, conversations, and the pleasure of being together without an agenda, without roles, without screens in the middle. Just people meeting outside the daily context of work to share the pleasure of experiencing the outdoor and indoor spaces of the Fornace with a slower and more convivial pace.

Dinner made everything even more special. For the occasion we involved a very particular pizza delivery service: thanks to electric ovens on wheels, the pizzas were stretched, topped and cooked directly in the garden, just a few steps from the table. A simple but beautiful detail that made the atmosphere even more alive, informal, and familial. Seeing the dough take shape right there next to us, smelling the scent of freshly baked pizza and having everyone — young and old — helping to serve it at the table gave everything a special warmth.

From this first edition of the Summer Party, we take home the confirmation that the most beautiful moments are often the simplest ones. An Emilian summer evening, a garden, a long table, good pizza, many chats, and the pleasant feeling of sharing something authentic.

This was the first Webgriffe Summer Party. And judging by the atmosphere, we truly hope it is just the beginning.
