From analyzing the existing Loyalty Program to adapting it for the evolving dynamics of online shopping, every detail was reimagined. By integrating customer data into a dedicated Customer Data Platform (CDP), Gaudì paved the way for a full-scale revamp of its digital presence—migrating from Magento Commerce on-premise to Adobe Commerce Cloud.

The performance levels achieved with the newly designed User Experience and the enhanced response times of the new servers have enabled Gaudì to maximize the ROAS of its campaigns, driving consistent year-over-year growth.

Exclusive backend features on Magento Commerce Cloud - covering content scheduling, promotions, and catalog management - have empowered store managers and merchandisers to significantly reduce time-to-market across different markets, ensuring the brand stays agile and competitive.

Further innovation followed just a few years after the initial launch, with a seamless migration to Hyvä and the integration of Live Search for advanced product discovery and recommendations.
