    Design and Development of the E-commerce website for the Italian brand, distributor of leading brands in home furnishings and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

Bertani is a company founded in 1916 that has now become one of the leading Italian distributors of top brands in the fields of hydronic and sanitary systems, furniture, lighting, and flooring.

In celebration of the company's 100th anniversary, Bertani felt the need to undergo a comprehensive revision of its online presence. To achieve this, they enlisted the help of Webgriffe, which, from the initial briefings with the company, prioritized the analysis and definition of the strategic aspects of the project.

In the first phase of the process, Webgriffe organized a series of workshops involving key figures within the company, working on Bertani's identity and narrative framework, and conducting a detailed analysis of the Business Model and Value Proposition.

The coordinated effort by Webgriffe extended to all digital channels consistent with the identified B2C and B2B customer segments. This involved a complete overhaul of the institutional areas of the website and the redesign and development of the e-commerce ecosystem.

Simultaneously, the Webgriffe Digital Marketing team managed Content Strategy and communication on the company's Social channels, taking charge of the editorial plan and Social Advertising.

For the tech lovers of the project, the e-commerce platform used is Sylius, integrated with the Akeneo PIM for product data management, Mailchimp for Email Marketing and Marketing Automation, and Livechat Inc. for real-time chat and Customer Care during the checkout phase.

The website leverages the capabilities of the headless CMS Contentful and its CDN, ensuring swift content management across various sections of the site. The search and filtering functions within the product catalog have been implemented utilizing the capabilities of ElasticSearch.
