    A complete replatforming for the MotoGP champion

    Technical direction, UI/UX design, and development on Adobe Commerce for Marc Márquez's official online shop.

The new website for MotoGP champion Marc Márquez was born from the collaboration between Webgriffe and Gruppo Pritelli, the leading production and distribution reference for MotoGP top brand merchandise.

Webgriffe was responsible for the technical direction of the replatforming from WooCommerce to Adobe Commerce, the complete redesign, and the development of the e-commerce site dedicated to selling clothing and accessories of one of the greatest motorcycle racers of all time. The project is marked by a high level of synergy between sales tools, content management functionalities, and the ability to combine MM93 product communication needs with marketing strategies for a constantly evolving product catalog.

Webgriffe first handled the taxonomy review and the design of the new Graphic User Interface, crafting an original User Experience, then moved on to development on the Magento 2 e-commerce platform and oversaw the integration with the company’s Zucchetti ERP system.

Great importance was given to Marc Márquez's fan club with the creation of a dedicated section, "We Are 93", where the rider's management periodically offers exclusive prize contests. Fans can also sign up and receive the official Welcome Pack. To create a shopping experience more tailored to the specific needs of fans, Marketing Automation strategies were implemented. These use available data and purchasing behavior to establish touchpoints with users along the sales funnel, resulting in increased average order value, sales, and customer loyalty.
