Starting from a preliminary audit and evaluation of the company Business Model, Webgriffe created a solution that guarantees the client a correct strategic vision of the E-commerce project and carried out all the platform development activities: Art Direction, User Experience study, User Interface design, analysis and technical development of integrated functionalities, System Integration for the ERP orders and stocks management, E-mail Automation and Cloud Hosting.
High performances, speed, simplicity and browsing immediacy were the key elements of Webgriffe work on the project whose catalog includes over 60,000 products. The User Journey analysis, the heat maps and the A/B testing on the previous website version allowed a collection of useful data in order to define an effective User Experience and design a renewed graphic interface.
Other relevant activities on the Magento E-commerce platform dealt with the migration of orders and customers from the previous platform.
