Strategic Consultancy, Design and Development of the online sales channel for industrial supplies

As part of the Digital Transformation project and in a constant Group growth, Webgriffe was involved, as Adobe Solution Partner, in the facilitation on this important business transformation, both for strategic and technological aspects.
Starting from the corporate Business Model analysis, Webgriffe defined an action plan together with the Gesa Group CED to verify the existing business processes and evaluate the System Integration activities in order to automate the flows between ERP and sales channel for the Italian market. At the same time we analyzed and improved the communication strategy to activate inbound marketing, brand awareness and performance campaigns.
The E-Commerce website has been developed on Adobe Commerce platform and integrated to the store management, logistics and administration company systems with an ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) developed by Webgriffe for the data exchange.
The highly detailed catalog, with over 100.000 products and a very complex taxonomy, required a great design effort to provide a high level User Experience. This was also possible thanks to the Clerk.io Artificial Intelligence platform use for the Product Recommendation and free search performances improvement in the products catalog.
